Find customer

This feature makes it possible to search for a customer, based on some basic information, to verify if it is actually recorded in the system.

On the system’s main screen, click Sales > CRM > Find customer or enter "find customer" in the Quick Search field. The following screen will open:

Fill in one or more fields, as needed.

Click Search.

The following screen is for information only. Click OK, after checking the required information, and then click Exit.
