Sales target

This functionality allows the user to create annual sales targets for reporting and tracking the sales team performance.

The user is required to have the following access options enabled to be able to manage the sales target:

EPS > SALES > CRM > SALES TARGET

 

On the system's main screen, click Sales > CRM> Sales target or enter "sales target" in the Quick Search field. The following screen will open:

The main buttons on this screen are described below:

Sales target setup

Allows the user to detail the sales target settings and definitions. For more information, refer to "Setting the Sales target" below.

Note: For more information on the buttons in this toolbar, adding or editing search features, or on how to add other information in columns, refer to Introducing iQuote.

 

Add new sales target

On the Sales target main screen, click New. The following screen will open:

Enter the reference year for the sales target and click Confirm.

Note: This field is mandatory.

Edit sales target

On the Sales target main screen, select a target and click Edit. The following screen will open:

Click the fields Marginal Contribution Target and Sales Target to change their respective values.

The system displays the sales data per month and discriminated by salesperson, region, and product line etc. Click the Sales Value and Margin Contribution % fields in each month and discrimination to change their respective values.

 

Sales target set up

Click Sales target setup. The following screen will open:

In Set goals by select the appropriate options which can be region, sales team, product class, salesperson and customer. More than one option can be selected.

For each option selected at the top, a new tab will be created in Detail sales target containing the list of items recorded for that option, as shown below:

Click the drop-down menu under Detail by to define how each item will be detailed.

Repeat procedure 3 for each item on each tab as required.

Click Save.
