Tracking Sub Job Alterations

Several times jobs need to be altered due to some last-minute modification or new request from clients. Tracking those alteration is extremely helpful when managing your production workflow.

This section describes one of many ways of tracking job alterations: by using iQuote’s check list feature.

 

Alteration Tracking

In the job browser find the job and click the Checklist icon:

Click “Add item checklist” to add a new checklist.

Note: The “Alteration” checklists need to be recorded previously. Contact iQuote's support team about check list creation and configuration.

Select the fields to be checked for this specific job. The fields selected here may generate notifications or tasks for your team.

Go to iQuote Sales Order and open the respective Sales order.

Open the Invoice Lines tab.

Click New to add another invoice line.
