Substrate

The Substrate Group, Substrate Type and Substrate Manufacturers and Basis Size records help organizing the types of substrates used by the system and aggregate the necessary information to calculate the consumption and cost of these materials and their impact on the estimate.

Substrate Groups

This record allows the user to store the substrate groups in order to facilitate linking the substrates with the functionalities and raw materials used by the engineering.

The substrate groups recorded here appear as selection options in the Print Industry Settings tab in when adding a component. For more information, see "Add Specification Component Types".

This record must be done so that it is possible to link the group of substrate to the functions:

Substrate type record. For more information, see "Substrate Type" in the Engineering Records.

Printing functionalities:

1000 – Sheetfed Offset Press

1001 – Webfed Offset Press

1052 – Sheetfed Digital Press
