E-mail status

The user is required to have enabled the following access options for accessing the email list:

EPS > ADMINISTRATION > GENERAL RECORD > EMAIL MANAGER > EMAIL LIST

 

In the system’s main menu, click Administration > General configuration > Email manager > Email status or enter "email status" in the Quick Search field. The following screen will open:

This screen displays all the emails ever sent, along with their status and other relevant information.

Click More actions to export this list as a CSV or a PDF file.

Note: The items in this list cannot be edited, deleted or open.
