About The Multi-Plant Feature

The Multi-Plant feature enables you to produce activities in the same component in different plants, while factoring the transportation costs between plants into the final estimate value.

Important: This feature is not available if your system is integrated with Metrix.

Notes
● To use this feature, your iQuote system must already be preconfigured with the functions specific for this scenario.

● iQuote does not prompt you to add transport activity if you define a plant in the Plant Selection specification characteristic of a component, rather than setting up different plants at the activity level.
